A Virtual Assistant is like having another team member on your admin team, however they are not based in your office.  A VA will have a full set up from home with strong internet access to work with cloud based software.

Just like any team member VA’s costings are all based on an hourly rate not priced per project.

The benefit is that you only pay for what you use.  You do not pay for holidays, sick leave or even tea breaks.

At the end of each week you will receive an Invoice from CMS Admin Solutions with payment details to direct credit the CMS Admin Solutions Account.

Each invoice is strictly 7 days payment.  Failure to pay within 7 days will slow down the rate your work is completed until payment is made.

This one is easy, your VA will share a Google Sheet Time Sheet with you.  Each time your VA logs on you can track it on the timesheet.  If your VA is called away from her desk or interrupted by a phone call she will stop the clock to ensure you are ONLY paying for productive time.
